This is a genuine issue ACU waist pack, also known as a butt pack or fanny pack from the U.S. Army. It is a handy item if you need some more storage. By being a U.S. Military issue item, you know it has been constructed to military indications and is created with high-quality solid construction and heavy-duty components. It features a quick-release buckle at the waist, a metal zipper, and a zippered compartment. 

These waist packs are used although the condition is very good, they might still show signs of moderate wear and age.

Nice Big Fanny Pack or Sling

Probably come in handy for the beach, hiking, camping, doing yard work or anytime you want to keep larger items, such as an Insulated water bottle, First Aid Kit or Bear Repellent on your person. There are probably better smaller options available for carrying a phone, wallet and eyeglasses around town.

Pack arrived in very good used condition. Fully functional and clean.

Would purchase again.
